Anis Lacerte loves the sun, the beach and the water!
After years in the sun of the South of France, Hawaii and Florida, I have learn to protect my skin against the sun. I drink lot of water, preferably alkaline water like San Pelligrino, and I juice every morning and add a full organic lemon to each of my juices to alkaline my body.
I do not smoke and stay away from anything unhealthy. I do not drink hard liquors but I appreciate a glass of wine at times.
My favorite sports are surfing and skiing.
