Loose weight and win energy!


Starting tomorrow, for breakfast and lunch have a smoothie, for snacks during the day eat fruits until dinner. 

For dinner choose a homemade veggies soup made with organic vegetables, or a make a salad with a mix of vegetables and fruits.

No Alcohol, no carb, no cookies, no bread, no rice, no sugar, no candies, no soda. 

You will loose weight  and get lots of energy!
