My morning shake (8 OZ) on an empty stomach:

5 Organic Kale Leaf
1 Organic Fuji Apple
Ginger
1 Organic Lemon
1 Cup of Organic Blueberry
16 oz of Water
1 Organic Banana

I do Tracy fitness workout every day for an hour ever in the morning or in the afternoon but always find the time to do it.

Also if you do a detox diet your skin is going to start glowing and you are going to loose weight fast.
I try to eat always gluten free, vegan, but still eat seafood and fish.  Eating healthy cost more but it is healthier for you. 

Just eat less. Stay away from liquors, a glass of red wine once in a while is ok. But remember every time you drink alcohol it slow down your metabolism for 3 days.
